The information in this manual is the result of a popular workshop the author developed in 2012 and continue to teach a series of 8 week classes. Her students have improved and in many cases resolved and healed their sciatic pain with the approach outlined in this manual. As a bonus the author included stretches for a sore back and relaxation poses. Since publication, the manual has become a resource for yoga teachers, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists and Occupational Therapists. Large 8.5 x 11 format. Joanne Pineau, HBSc. E-RYT500, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) is an experienced and gifted Yoga Therapist. Since 1997 she has used yoga to help hundreds of people improve or recover their health.
